Our Vision For Homeschooling

Vision & Goals for Homeschooling

To teach my children on their grade level

To teach them about things they are interested in as a basis

for deeper study on things they may not be so “into”

To foster a love of reading with my children

To introduce them to classic literature

To allow them to be creative

To get them “out of a desk” and let them learn wherever

is appropriate. Ex: floor, outside, by the fireplace,

curled up on the couch, the park, library, museum etc.

To allow for freedom to “Pour Into” my kids the

things there is no time for during a regular school year

To be hands on

To grow closer and deeper as a family

To have the freedom to teach my Kids Character Traits,

Moral and Values from a Biblical Standpoint, rather than a worldly one.

To make special memories with my children

To give them a sense of success and to learn from our mistakes

To make our everyday lives a chance to learn something new.

To teach my kids above all else,
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'


After all “Life is A Verb” and we will “Live and Learn”
